Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Digital items are not eligible for refunds. If there is an error with your file or order, please contact us
and we will work to make it right. Please be aware that due to differences in monitors and printers, the colors of your printed images may not exactly match the colors displayed on your monitor.
For printed items, our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customized items are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please proofread any customized messages you add to your card. We do not proofread or edit your message. Products cannot be returned due to typos in your message. If there was a mistake on our end, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds for sets of printed cards will only be approved if the entire set is returned. Only cards returned in their original condition will be eligible for a refund. You will receive a portion of the amount you paid based on how many cards are in their original condition.
