Digital Items

Digital items are for personal use only. You may not edit, sell, or share these images. You may not use these files for business or commercial purposes. Highlight Design Studio retains all rights to the images.

Processing

Digital download products will be available as soon as your payment is processed. This is usually immediate but may take 1-2 days. you will receive a link to download your file. You will also receive a link in the order confirmation email, and you will be able to access your downloads in the Orders tab of the My Account page. You may download each file up to 5 times. If you need to download it more, please contact us. Printed cards take 3-4 days to process and will be shipped from Pelham, Alabama. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped. During the Christmas season, please allow for an additional 1-2 days. Customization add-ons will add 1-2 days of processing time to your order. Paying for three-day or two-day shipping does not shorten the processing time. If you need an order sooner, contact us and we will work with our printer to determine if it can be done. Additional costs may apply.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We are looking into international shipping options, so please check back if you are an international customer. Our cards are printed in and shipped from Pelham, Alabama. FedEx Ground shipping is FREE. Three-day shipping and two-day shipping options are available at checkout for an extra cost. The map below shows transit times for FedEx Ground shipping. See below for holiday shipping cut-off dates.

Holiday Shipping

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing printed cards during November and December. In order or receive your order on or before December 24th, order by:
  • Two-day shipping: December 11
  • Three-day shipping: December 10
  • Ground shipping: See map below

Changes and Cancellations

If an order has not been printed, there will not be a fee to cancel the order. If the order has printed, there will be a $10 cancellation fee plus the cost of all printed items and service charges from the printer. Changes made to an order after it has been processed (i.e. shipping method, quantity, adding or changing items) can be done at the rate of $8 per change. Orders cannot be adjusted if they have already been sent to print. Making changes to your order resets the ship date based on when the change is received.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Digital items are not eligible for refunds. If there is an error with your file or order, please contact us and we will work to make it right. Please be aware that due to differences in monitors and printers, the colors of your printed images may not exactly match the colors displayed on your monitor. For printed items, our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Customized items are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please proofread any customized messages you add to your card. We do not proofread or edit your message. Products cannot be returned due to typos in your message. If there was a mistake on our end, we will resend your order at no additional cost. If you wish to return your order, please email us at hello@highlightdesignstudio.com or via our Contact form so we can initiate the return process. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to start the process. You will be responsible for return postage; returns should be mailed to: Highlight Design Studio PO Box 1603 Port Angeles, WA 98362 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for sets of printed cards will only be approved if the entire set is returned. Only cards returned in their original condition will be eligible for a refund. You will receive a portion of the amount you paid based on how many cards are in their original condition.
